It is with heavy hearts that we confirm the passing of Dr. Luns C. Richardson, President Emeritus of Morris College. Dr. Richardson passed on Saturday, January 13 in his hometown of Hartsville, SC. Dr. Richardson was 89 years old. Please keep the Richardson family as well as the Morris College family lifted in prayer at this time.
The Homegoing Celebration for Dr. Richardson is as follows: Friday, January 19, 11am, Garrick Boykin Human Development Center on the campus of Morris College. Dr. Charles Adams of Hartford Memorial Baptist Church, Detroit, MI., will serve as Eulogist. A second service will be held on Saturday, January 20, 11am, Jerusalem Baptist Church, Hartsville, SC, where our President, Dr. James Blassingame will serve as the Eulogist.

Let us remember: "But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint" Isaiah 40:31
